Our main office is based in Costa Mesa, so we primarily serve Orange County and nearby communities. However, we’ve also successfully completed select projects in the greater Los Angeles area.
3. How do you charge for projects?

During the initial consultation, we’ll work with you to understand your vision and provide a detailed proposal that fits your needs and budget.
4. Who is responsible for getting the permits?
Permit fees are ultimately the responsibility of the client, but you don’t have to navigate the process alone. Our experienced project managers are well-versed in local building codes and are happy to assist in preparing and pulling permits on your behalf to help streamline the approval process.
